The Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting commercial marine customers in adopting shore power solutions to meet their sustainability goals and reduce emissions. This position will be based remotely and will require travel to meet with customers in various ports within Entergy's service territories.ICF’s Beneficial Electrification programs support customers in their switch from fossil fuel to electric equipment. From light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles to buildings and industrial equipment, stakeholders are evaluating their options to electrify and reduce emissions. What you will be doing:

Provide technical sales and services support to commercial marine customers considering shore power electrification.

Engage with customers to explain the benefits of shore power, including emissions reductions and cost savings.

Collaborate with customers to assess their specific needs and develop customized shore power solutions.

Work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of shore power projects.

Utilize financial modeling tools to calculate the economic and environmental benefits of shore power conversions.

Present and discuss savings analysis with customers to support decision-making.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the shore power project lifecycle, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Actively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of Entergy's Shore Power program.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

5+ years professional experience in Account Management, Business Development, Client Engagement and/or related experience

1+ year(s) experience in marine electrical, intermodal, shore power technologies and/or port sales

Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

What we would like you to have (preferred qualification):

BA/BS Degree preferred

Experience in Electric Technologies such as shore power, material handling equipment, cranes, yard tractors or related

Professional skills you will use:

Computer experience, with strong proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), and experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application

Well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations

Excellent written communications skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills

Detail-oriented
