Preferred experience in a multi-disciplinary settings. Must have current valid Alaska license.

Ability to carry case load of 18 clinical hours a week, provide on demand consultation to medical and to non-medically trained behavioral health providers. Competency in DMS-V, ICD-10, formulate case presentation and review, and the ability to produce quality clinical notes to completion in a timely manner within the standards of the facility. Familiarity with State of Alaska HHS Medicaid regulations. Ability to educate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Knowledge and skills in effective communication and interpersonal skills. Specialty or interest in either couples work or family.

Functions as a member of the treatment team; shares and receives information, opinions, concerns, and feedback in a supportive manner. Works collaboratively by building bridges and creating rapport with team members within departments and across the organization. Attends staff meetings, training sessions, and planning and problem solving sessions. Participates in regularly scheduled individual and group supervisory sessions. Assists in program development and other departmental projects.
