$20-$23/HR Customer Support Position Available!

We are a Hardware/ Plumbing equipment and supplies merchant wholesaler located in the city of Irvine. We are currently looking to fill a Customer support role.

We are looking for a committed individual and are willing to train the right candidate with some administrative experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily order processing

Answering calls or emails with question and concerns

Resolving complaints

Providing information about product and service

Handling returns and exchanges

Direct customers to the right department or supervisor

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Admin. experience

Warehouse experience a plus

Good communication skills verbal and written

Customer service

Data Entry

Willing to learn

Punctual

Team player

Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Attention to detail

Pay rate: $20-23/HR

Schedule: 1ST shift- 8am-4:30pm
