Maintenance Man-Grounds Keeper

Maintenance man and grounds keeper for condos in Lewes. Must have carpentry experience and be comfortable working on ladders. Job includes leak repairs, removing and replacing siding and window trim, cutting grass, weed control, trimming trees etc. Pay based on experience.
