Well-established and growing House Calls medical practice has IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR PA-C, DO/MD in
Montgomery and PG Counties.

Deliver compassionate comprehensive care to home-bound elderly. An ideal candidate has a strong familiarity in geriatric psychiatry, palliative and end-of-life care employing integrative modalities to care.
Have direct control and high autonomy in creating your own schedule with flexible hours, and have your own patient panel to manage monthly, very safe home and assisted living visits with an established patient population.
Pay is 100% of the paid Medicare reimbursement.
Must hold current Maryland License and DEA, NPI. PECOS/Medicare credentials are required. As a practitioner, you’ll work closely with allied healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are a must. Responsibilities
Examine elderly home-bound patients and their medical records
Order in-home studies, diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
Diagnose, treat and manage complex acute and chronic disease states
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention.
Coordinate care with a team of professionals such as home health and hospice agencies
Advance professional knowledge
Maintain and keep current licenses and malpractice
Have own auto, own computer to be your “Own Boss” with LLC or 1099.
Skills
Compassion for the frail older adult
Same-day follow-through with documentation and billing
Proven 2 + years experience as a medical practitioner
Excellent medical skills in diagnosis and treatment in primary care, acute care, palliative, EOL and chronic care management
Outstanding charting skills in SOAP notes (dictation system available)
Knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Strong ethics
Team spirit with a positive attitude
Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
Energetic, self-motivated and organized
Valid current licenses
