Construction Company looking for the immediate hire of a Permit Coordinator who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. Primary duties will include processing services for permits. This position is heavily customer service-based, therefore it requires a strong and excellent customer service approach with internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assembling and submitting permit applications.

Monitor progress of permit review.

Track permit through inspection process to advise customer of status, problems, and final approval.

Verify completion of all required reviews, and notifies applicant of approved permit.

Knowledge of general permit processing and procedures

Attention to detail and customer service is essential.

The applicant must have the ability to deal with the general public in a professional, courteous manner

Proven Permitting experience is required.

Intermediate to Advanced computer skills - Excel and multiple interactive Internet websites.

Maintains confidentiality of records.

Attends work on a regular and consistent basis.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Able to work Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour - based on skill level.
