Part-Time Assistant to the Owners

We are a South Florida based e-commerce company seeking a part-time assistant to the owners – leading to full time. Because we are an entrepreneurial company, we are looking for someone that can learn on the job while taking an active role in helping us grow our company.

We are a fast paced a company so this person will learn about many aspects of our business such as:

Marketing: Logo Development and placement, Social Media, content and Influencers, Affiliations and partnerships, Public Relations, Creation of power point presentation for various aspects of the company (sales decks, financial, etc.)

Fulfilment: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, manage costs, and inventory, manage proper use of company branded boxes, etc.

New Items: Source new items for e-commerce sight and negotiate pricing, minimum orders, website placement, photography and video.

COGS: Assist in determining true cost of goods sold, sell price, gross profit and appropriate budgets.

You don’t need a lot of experience, just the willingness to work hard and contribute as we grow our business. Must be based in South Florida and Bi-lingual is helpful as most of our products are sourced from the Caribbean – which might lead to some fun business travel.
