Compost Yard Tech | $16.25/Hr Based on Experience

Soilutions is hiring full-time compost yard worker to be part of our small but growing team that processes organic materials into healthy, regenerative compost and soils.

As part of the Soilutions team you will work collaboratively with managers and other employees to build, turn, and manage high quality compost piles and soils. This job requires the operation and maintenance of assorted equipment from small engines to front-end loaders. Other tasks include bagging products using a mechanical bagger and stacking pallets, and working with management to monitor quality and maintain high standards. You will also be responsible for driving a box truck and picking up organic waste from corporate partners throughout Albuquerque.

Machine operating experience preferred.

This is a full-time position. Our work hours are 8:30-4:30 Tuesday-Friday and 8-4 on Saturday.
