Pediatric Dental Assistant Needed

Pediatric Dental Office is seeking an pediatric dental assistant to join our team. We are looking or a team player who is honest, dependable and responsible. We need someone who will get along with our staff as well as our patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Assist the dentist in examination and treatment of patients, four handed knowledge preferred.

- Answer calls, help with front desk administrative duties

-Prepare operatory for treatment; position instruments and equipment. Monitor patient comfort.

- Assist in maintaining and updating treatment records, patient charting etc.

- Responsible for the sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies.

-Maintain operatory equipment and instruments.

- Responsible for inventory and ordering supplies

- Assumes the standards of care related to infection control; all OSHA guidelines and safety are upheld at the station they are assigned

- The position is available ASAP, full time or part time availability with flexible schedule

Minimum Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Must be able to start ASAP

-Will train the right candidate
