Hiring Patient Concierge at Med Spa

A busy Medical Spa in Midtown Manhattan with a friendly and cozy atmosphere is hiring for Patient Concierge position.

Must be fluent in English (bilingual with Russian or Spanish is preferable).

Currently the medical spa is open

Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 11 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday-Friday 11 AM to 6 PM.

The Ideal candidate for Patient Concierge position will have the following skills:

Make phone calls on daily basis to patients

Being knowledgeable about treatments and procedures the spa offers to best advise patients

Warmly greeting patients and helping in checking in/out every patient in a timely manner

Ability to explain payment plans/cost of procedures or treatments

Keep the Med Spa clean and make sure all procedure/treatment rooms are well stocked, clean, and organized

Keeping professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Assisting managers with daily operational tasks Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
