Front office support at a small but growing business

Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail

Office experience

Computer proficient (Word, Excel, etc)

Ability to multi-task

Positive attitude and friendly to staff/customers

Knowledge of technical and the automotive industry

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Welcome walk-in customers

Answering the phone taking customer service type calls and directing them to the appropriate person

Helping to keep work orders organized from the point they come in the door to completion and making sure we get payment.

Flexible with daily tasks or take on other duties

Type in phone orders

Filling out paperwork and preparing International Shipments

Working with hands assembling intricate connections

Keeping files, orders and details written down very organized

Compensation: $16.00 per hour with room for commission for sales and growth.

Medical and dental benefits for full time (40 hours) employees coverage starts at 90 days, company pays 50% of employees cost.
