Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a sharp Executive Assistant to the CEO to join a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Las Vegas focused on supporting victims of domestic violence and trafficking in southern Nevada. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the CEO in their mission to lead and advance the organization's initiatives. As the Executive Assistant, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the nonprofit by managing the CEO's office operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and responsibilities.Key responsibilities:

Calendar management

Executive communication

Information management

Meeting support

Travel coordination

Office management

Project assistance

Relationship management

Event planning

Sensitive information handling

3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role

Direct experience managing an executive's email and calendar in Outlook

Experience administratively supporting a CEO

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and completing ad hoc tasks as needed null
