Swab Rip Operator III

Baranko Companies is currently seeking a Swab Rig Operator to join our team. As a Swabbing Operator, you will be responsible for operating swabbing equipment to remove fluids and material from oil and gas wells. This is a vital role in maintaining the productivity of the wells and ensuring smooth operations.Responsibilities

Operate swabbing equipment to remove fluids from wellbores

Monitor and maintain the operation of the swabbing unit

Perform pre-operation inspections and maintenance on the equipment

Assist with the installation and removal of swabbing units as needed

Collect and document data related to the well/location and equipment performance

Regularly engages in communication with the Supervisor and Clients to address any onsite concerns or issues

Provides high-quality products and services to customers, ensuring productivity standards are met for all rig activities

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Assist other departments which may include operating a truck and other heavy equipment

Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Swab Rig Operator

Two years of experience working on a well servicing rig and/or two years of experience as a relief operator

Class A CDL

Ability to pass a pre-employment urine drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments and varying weather conditions

Must have reliable transportation to and from work and be willing to relocate to Dickinson, ND

Must be able to work a flexible schedule
