Then you have found the right team.As a Client Service and Implementations (CS&I) Solution Design and Commercialization Product Manager you will be responsible for customer needs analysis, service definition and for documenting associated requirements across the JP Morgan Payments offering. Solutions Design's mission is to drive exceptional client experience through a relentless focus on the voice of the client while setting new benchmarks for innovation and digital adoption. To achieve this, you will be required to work directly with both our Client facing teams, various product teams, operations and implementations and service teams.Job responsibilities:

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Set up a CS&I product backlog per cabinet based on identified friction for new products in pilot stage

Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Product, CS&I SMEs, Operations, Technology)

Analyse the needs of the various persona's which use or interact with the service, document their user journeys and use cases

Liaise with the product feature development teams to ensure that they understand these requirements

Build and or review test strategy and test cases

Help develop a rich data dashboard for product pulse, that will turn data into actionable intelligence

Assist in implementation of Client programs including configurations and setups

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

Payments Product Management experience, particularly Merchant Services product knowledge

Strong Agile project management with experience working in Kanban and Scrum methodologies

Functional knowledge of technology stack and API economy

Experience documenting detailed requirements and use cases

Extensive experience in collaborating with Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Risk, and Legal

Commercially minded with an ability to identify and implement differentiated opportunities

Demonstratable record of successful product delivery

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Expertise in Client servicing and/or onboarding activities

Strong influencing skills with a driven mindset to overcome challenges to get product to market

Analytical, strategic and creative problem solver capable of developing innovative solutions

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong proficiency in JIRA / Confluence
