We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable.Position SummaryThis is a field based role, with approximately 80% travel throughout NYC with the primary area being the Bronx.Work closely with one, or more, Medicaid licensed home care agencies, hospitals, community organizations or other member referral sources.Cultivates business development strategies and tactics, targeting community organizations, primary care providers, hospitals, and local clinics to identify ways to increase membership.Prepare/conduct effective data driven presentations to lead in depth quarterly business reviews to evaluate growth trends with referrals sources and identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain and populate data in Salesforce related to field activities, account profiles, referrals, and enrollments.Be knowledgeable about and respond to client questions the health plan and MedicaidTrack and monitor issue(s) until resolution (i.e. tickets, enhancements, emails, etc.)Communicate clearly with clients, providers/referral sources, vendors, third parties and co-workers in a pleasant, professional manner with a can-do attitude; keep emotions under controlShares ideas and client/referral sources needs with internal teamsLook for and help drive continuous process improvements/efficiencies by maintaining a thorough understanding of all related processesResponsible for special projects to drive growth and retention.Lead and/or assist in marketing and business development activities to promote Aetna Better Health of New York brand in the community.Required Qualifications

-Ability to travel in the field at least 80% of the time- Ability to flexibly operate and make timely decisions in a sometimes ambiguous and always fast-paced atmosphere- High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness- Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new/innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality- Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and funPreferred Qualifications- Knowledge of Medicaid and Managed Long Term CareEducation - BA or BS preferred or one to two years related experience and/or trainingPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
