Position: Spa Attendant

Responsibilities:

Booking Appointments: Handle guest bookings efficiently and with a warm demeanor.

Client Check-In: Greet and check-in clients with a friendly smile and professional attitude.

Treatment Room Prep: Ensure treatment rooms are pristine and fully stocked for each guest.

Laundry Upkeep: Manage spa linens and keep laundry organized.

Guest Welcome: Create a welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel valued and comfortable.

Multi-Tasking: Juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to keep the spa running smoothly.

Stress Management: Handle challenging situations with grace and composure.

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills.

Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities.

Experience in spa or customer service roles is a plus.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Good work ethic.

Ability to follow direction and instruction.
