Personal Secretary/ Executive Assistant

Looking for a full-time Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant to the President of a fast paced established Manufactured/Modular Home Company.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Assisting with answering main phone lines

-Communicating with customers

-Real Estate/MH Transaction coordination

-Organizing and creating company documents/correspondences

-Managing company and personal accounts

-Scanning/copying/emailing/faxing

-Planning and organizing company events/meetings

-Handle companywide marketing including social media and advertising

Looking for someone who can work quickly but efficiently. Be creative, loyal, self-motivated, organized and work well with a team, be willing to jump in and help wherever needed and be able to multitask.

Must be proficient in time management and verbal/written communication, be resourceful, organized, adept in technology, and be a detail oriented problem solver.
