Overnight and/or part-time care for Quadriplegic

We are looking for some help with caregiving for my mother, who is a 65 year old quadriplegic due to an accident in 2012. Depending on availability, reliability and interest, we may be interested in bringing somebody in to do some part-time work throughout the week. That said, I am currently very interested in developing a trusted relationship with someone who would be willing to do occasional overnights so that I can leave town. Specifically, I am hoping to get help with a few days at the end of April, but if I can find somebody reliable, I would be looking to do occasional weekends away throughout the summer and fall.

The work with my mother can be somewhat physical, though we have adaptive tools and have streamlined things best we can. General care includes stretching, repositioning, feeding, possible bathing/dressing/transfer to chair, etc. Somebody with a background in this type of work would be ideal, but for a reliable and honest person, we can train too. We can talk more about compensation in person.
