Breakfast Cook at Summer Camp

Responsibilities:

Prepare breakfast meals

Assist the Head Chef in preparation of other meals, if needed

Maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness

Be responsible for your assigned prep/cooking space

Communicate with the Head Chef and Food Service Manager regarding purchasing/ordering

Participate in the camp community

Qualifications:

Experience cooking in institutional or small/ large scale food service setting

Able to lift/unload food and supplies

Good knife skills

Self starter

Good organization skills
