URGENT - Hiring Customer Service Reps

Fast growing company has an immediate need for skilled customer service reps to take inbound calls from our clients and make outbound calls to follow up on information needed to complete contracted services.

Phone experience dealing with distressed or upset clients in a tactful and professional manner is required. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information is strongly preferred.
