Maintenance Technician

Trek Development Group is looking for a Maintenance Tech to complete all the general maintenance tasks. This position includes completing service requests and turnover functions, which assists the preservation of the asset and provides a quality living environment for the residents. This role has primary accountability for the overall cleanliness of the physical appearance and presentation of the community. It is important to have positive productive relationship with the other team members. Adherence to the company's Mission Statement, Hospitality Covenant, standard operating procedures and compliance with all regulatory requirements is expected.
