Spring help landscaping, etc.

I need help with spring projects, landscaping, raking, seal coating, painting. Looking for someone reliable, honest, accountable, with transportation of their own, most weekdays. I have 4 properties that all need various forms of work. I have a great group leader who will be there most days but not all. I may be there for some of the days.
