J.W. Jung Seed Company is a family-owned and operated mail-order and retail Company that ships quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states. We have six garden centers in Wisconsin with our corporate headquarters in Randolph, WI.

We are currently seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to work in our Sun Prairie, Madison, Stoughton or Fitchburg locations on a part-time basis as a Garden Center/Customer Service Associate.

As a Garden Center/Customer Service Associate you will:

Provide excellent customer service through all aspects of the customers’ buying experience

Help customers find products to suit their needs

Perform cashiering duties

Assist with watering, pruning and keeping outdoor area clean

How do you know you would be a great Garden Center/Customer Service Associate? If you have:

Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

Previous cash handling experience (preferred)

Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends

Knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, soils, insecticides and disease related topics (preferred but not required)

Enjoy working with a variety of customers from a diverse background
