Staff Accountant
Description Robert Half has partnered with a wonderful non-profit in Denver in search of a Staff Accountant! The Staff Accountant position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $60,000-$75,000!The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Performs complex accounting duties in the preparation of financial documents, records, and reports.
Assists in monthly close activities, the year-end closing process and annual audit preparation.
Monitors expenditures and income related to various program budgets to assure availability of funds.
Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly status reports.
Reviews and reconciles cash and account balances.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
Ad hoc reporting as needed.
Requirements for the Staff Accountant include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3+ years of accounting experience
Non-profit accounting experience is preferred, but not required
