I'm looking for,

Someone who is comfortable going door to door and talking to people.

Or may have your own way of generating the work.

I'm open for all types of ideas anything to generate sales and get work.

You can do part time, on your own schedule.

Or you can help us build and be a business partner.

What I do,

I currently install gutter protection, repair and clean gutter systems as a subcontractor.

I have a truck, insurance, tools, and ladders.

Right now I'm set up for gutters, but I also work with a carpenter who can do full exterior remodels if you want to sell big jobs down the line.We can also get set up to offer some power washing. And Im working on getting a gutter machine.

Selling Gutter Guards and Gutter Cleans.

For the Gutter Guards, you'll have a sample of the material, and a pamphlet.

We can work on additional paper work, if you want more.

We're going to offer the best products that actually work, and come with a manufacture guarantee.

I'll be paying for materials that will cost from $300-$900 depending on the house.

You'll be trying to charge $10-$25 a foot pending on the house. (I'll explain).

So you're average house is $1,000-$2,000 profit. That will be split equally.

If they don't want Gutter Guards 1/5 houses in every neighborhood need their gutters cleaned.

If leaves are over flowing from the gutters, they need it done.

You can sell them for $300-$800 (pending on size of house). Also split equally.

If these end up being really easy for you to sell we can work on exterior maintenance plans

and schedule them for 2 cleans a year. And offer power washing and window cleaning.

You can come to my job, and canvass the area.

Or you can pick your own area, do it by yourself, and we schedule the work.

If you're by me I can help close the sale, but I can still help over the phone.

I can fill you in on the basics of gutters, and send some videos to watch.

As you see things on jobs, you can send me pictures, I'll explain whats going on and you'll learn the process.
