Experienced Receptionist

Riccardo Maggiore Salon seeks an experienced receptionist to join our front desk team. This agent of beauty will be the first point of contact with our customers.

Candidates MUST HAVE previous reception experience at hair salons, waxing salons, spas or other beauty or fitness industry. Applicants should be computer-literate, honest professionals who possess outstanding customer service skills and enjoy an upscale environment. All candidates should be reliable team players.

Hours: Could be FT or PT

Tuesday through Friday 12 to close, Saturday 11 to close. (Close is Approx. 7:30 PM)

All candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering phones

Booking appointments

Checking customers in and out

Keeping the Front Desk running smoothly

Customer service

Social media experience a plus

Previous experience with Meevo, Millennium, Booker or other booking system is a plus
