Responsibilities:

Sales and Financing: Sell new and used boats, outboard motors, and outboard repower services, offering financing options where applicable to help customers.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service for boat repair, service, and product information.

Inspections and Upgrades: Inspect vessels, offer upgrade suggestions, and promote preventative maintenance.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on regulations and product trends.

Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and manage inventory.

Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the marine industry.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for customer assistance and team collaboration.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules, including some Saturdays.

Math Skills: Basic understanding of retail math for calculations.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills for customer inquiries and complaints.
