Landscape & Grounds Team members

HGM is looking to fill open positions for team members. Located in Chesterfield/Chester, our service area covers the tri-cities and focuses on grounds management and landscape installations for both residential and commercial clients. We work Monday-Friday from 7:30-5:30, with no weekends. Tired of not working because of morning rain or having to work on the weekends to make up for poor weather? Don't have the experience but looking for a change? We will provide training to the right candidate(s). College or High School student(s) looking for a part time job in the Spring/Summer? The ideal candidate should meet the following:

Reliable transportation to and from work

Trustworthy, motivated and honest

Looking for upward mobility

Ability to work in all types of climates

Work in all types of noise environments

Lift 50 lbs. or more

Understand the basic concept of landscaping and grounds management

Must be able to take direction and guidance from managers

Clear communicator

Must be able to work well with others!

45-50 hours per week (Overtime!)
