Landscape Construction Labor

We have new opening for couple of landscape construction labor. We are looking for vibrant and hard-working individuals to support our work within the king county, pierce county, and other nearby counties.

Daramola, Inc. is an environmental development company serving across the state of Washington. We work with government entities, private companies, construction companies, non-profit organizations, and private landowners in designing, planning, and implementing their various environmental projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work alone or in a team of 2-5 cohorts to perform projects which includes live fascines bio-engineering installation, various erosion control materials installation, invasive plants removal, pre & post emergent herbicide application, shrubs and trees planting, native plants installation, soil prepping, mulch installation, trail construction and maintenance, riparian stream banks & creeks maintenance, construction mitigation, forest fuel reduction, forest vegetation management etc.

Work Environment:

Our work site includes busy construction and isolated remote areas. You should expect busy workloads. deadline pressure and interruptions due to changing priorities are not uncommon. Work is performed primarily on the field, often with crew of other labor and project leads, and sometimes in the company of partners, private landowners, and project owners.

Requirements

Basic education in natural resources.

Outdoor work experience

Ability to use different power tools and equipment

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for outdoor work

A valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide on projects and assignments as needed

Compensation

Hours: 30-40 hrs./week (and overtime at peak period)

Prevailing wage projects: $40-$45/hr.

Base Wage: $20-25/hr.
