Duties:

Grounds maintenance

Yard work (including disposal of yard waste)

Property clean-up

Tool/material handling and organization

Requirements:

WA State Driver License

Ability to follow direction

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Must be reliable and punctual
