Dollars a hour for a experienced crew of 4 guy's, you guy's split it how ever you like. foreman must have 15 yrs experience in framing custom Homes and a good right hand man with around 10 yrs experience, pay is every Friday, 1099 position, must carry workers comp and general liability insurance, must have tool's
