Irrigation Technician

Job Overview```

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning and efficient water usage. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.

```Responsibilities```

- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties

- Perform regular inspections to identify leaks, broken sprinkler heads, or other issues

- Adjust sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage and distribution of water

- Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers

- Monitor water usage and make recommendations for water conservation

- Collaborate with landscaping teams to coordinate irrigation needs for new plantings or garden areas

- Maintain inventory of irrigation supplies and equipment

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any irrigation-related issues

```Experience```

- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for digging, building, and repairing irrigation systems

- Familiarity with programming irrigation controllers

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common irrigation problems

- Knowledge of water conservation practices related to irrigation systems
