Construction Office Admin/Accounting
Construction Company looking for full time Admin/Accounting Assistant. Ideal candidate to run the front office preferably with some construction accounting background.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize the front office and assist the owner, managers and other employees in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute time sensitive communications daily
Prepare Accounting Reports
Review and input vendor invoices
Set up and maintain project files
Monitor level of supplies and initiate restocking of office supplies as needed
Resolve office-related malfunctions issues, i.e., computers, copiers, etc.
Research on various project’s needs, find materials, vendors for projects
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, File Preliminary Notices

Skills
Proven experience as office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office
Read and write English, Bi-lingual Spanish - helpful
Excellent computer skills - Excel and Word
