Office Assistant
We are seeking an Office assistant for an immediate opportunity at a young and growing New York City management and consulting firm for our midtown Manhattan office and Great Neck Long Island Office.
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Coordinating client updates, Ensure compliance & clearing building violations with government agencies such as NYC Dept. Of Buildings, HPD & ECB.
Preparing and assembling forms related to violation dismissals and correction.
Work directly with clients to expedite general filings, corrections, submissions, payments, etc.
Monitoring a team of filing representatives who regularly work with multiple city agencies to process various documents.
Essential Job Functions: QuickBooks, maintaining physical and digital filing system. Scheduling Meetings/Calendar Skills: MS Office, ability to multi-task, tech savvy and detail oriented.
We have a heavy email volume and clients require immediate attention. Must be friendly, professional, motivated, a team player and organized.
