National Contractor specializing in large scale single and multi-family government funded renovation work including retrofitted residential HVAC system installations. Position is at Syracuse corporate headquarters. Travel expected 15 to 20 weeks per year, all related expenses reimbursed.

Duties include assisting HVAC Operations Manager with project estimating, Residential HVAC system design, product submittals, project equipment and materials procurement, project setup, staff recruitment and management, financial control, quality control, and general project management.

General Requirements/Characteristics: 5 years Residential HVAC installation experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer skills (Word, Excel, and similar), strong work ethic and desire to learn.
