Food & Beverage Team Member

Key Responsibilities of the F&B Team Member:
Always maintain a professional appearance
Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies
Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
Operate Jonas, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure
Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service.
Inspects the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front-of-the-house employees
Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
Demonstrating responsible cash-handling skills
Prepares, cooks, and serves food menu options. Prior cooking experience is not required
Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Maintaining a clean kitchen environment, including cleaning of fryer and flattop
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Experience preferred but not required
Benefits & Compensation:
Pay ranges from $17-$18/hr plus tips
