KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReporting Responsibilitieso Be able to support daily KPI reporting to business and monitor Store and Warehouseperformance in Order fulfillment.o Create presentations and documentation to support business cases for advanced Omni-Channel optimization and features.Weekly KPI Reportingo Be able to produce advanced Excel reporting on inventory reports, analysis ofwarehouse fulfillments and cancellations, and investigate store inventory.Managing E-Commerce Systems:o Grow understanding of multiple E-Commerce platforms including Shopify, Teamwork, RLM, and WMS systems.Understand E-Commerce Strategy and Operationso Learn E-Commerce Strategy, suggest operational optimizations, and help produce standardization guidelines for Omni-Channel operations.Understanding Warehouse Functionso Have a basic understanding of how a 3PL functions, including daily operations.o Learn insights into the operational planning of 3PL workload.o Visit the warehouse twice to see how LSF operates in a 3PL environment.Understand Inventory Managemento Excel in inventory management in an omnichannel environment This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.Please note that this internship is UNPAID and for school credit ONLY.SKILLS, QUALITIES AND BEHAVIOURSAdvanced Excel, SQL, Tableau,Background in Supply Chain and LogisticsPrevious Retail experience in Operations environmentBackground in Omni-Channel operations.
