Litigation attorney

I am seeking an attorney to assist in a civil and probate litigation practice. General litigation experience is preferred, but not required. Candidate will initially prepare discovery requests and responses, and assist in drafting pleadings. The job is an hourly contract position initially, but can be a long-terms position if the fit is good.
