We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a small Commercial Industrial Mechanical Contractor's office.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist provides administrative, general, and accounting support to the office staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person professionally and calmly

Dispatches/Communicates with Service Technicians regarding new service call requests, as well open, aging service calls.

Performs general administrative duties that include filing, copying, and data entry.

Communicates with clients regarding scheduling for their service call requests.

Supports with administrative projects (as needed).

Orders, tracks and replenishes office supplies.

Provides general support to office personnel and customers as needed

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Maintain a clean working environment in our small office.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organized with attention to detail.

Ability to resolve customer complaints to the appropriate individual while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online.

Ablility to mult-itask

A team-player

Consistent attendance

Ability to cross train and assist where needed
