(mileage reimbursement applicable locations).

Approx. 5 - 10 hours a week

BASIC FUNCTION

Seeking a self-motivated individual for a part-time Location Manager position. This position will work a defined schedule at locations within an assigned area to include Pensacola International Airport and Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport and some fitness clubs to service Smarte Carte vending equipment. Duties will include but are not limited to, P&L Management, performing monthly collections, repairing, cleaning, and performing regular maintenance on strollers, massage chairs, and locker systems. We are looking for the right person to join our team, so we are willing to fully train that candidate on the technical side of the business

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs.

Perform collections accurately, bank and report financial transactions as directed by the District Service Manager.

Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte.

Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager.

Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed.

Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships.

Manage locations in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, as well as Smarte Carte and facility policies, procedures, and standards.

Other assignments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Electrical and mechanical equipment repair skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain records, write reports, and effectively operate a computer with a Windows operating system

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associates or Technical preferred.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

Valid Drivers license required

Ability to get airport badge may be required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift 40 lbs. to waist height

Apply a force of approx. 75 - 100 lbs to move 15 carts simultaneously

Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time

Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs
