What We are Looking For
We are looking to add members to a close knit, highly functional team in the exciting new medical cannabis industry. Experience with cannabis processing is helpful, but not a requirement. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the desire to learn new skills, and a demonstrated ability to be a team player. Detail oriented work in any production environment is favorable.
Responsibilities and Duties
As part of the Flower Team, help guide flower through the harvest and post-harvest process, from harvest day to drying, trim, cure, and packaging. Perform in-line quality control. Adhere to and help shape guidelines for efficient processing. Operate within a highly regulated environment, including detailed data logging and working in full view of cameras. Wear personal protective equipment when working directly with products and follow sterile process protocols. Maintain personal hygiene appropriate for a highly regulated and tested production environment.
Day to Day Activities
Work with a small team on a variety of tasks, depending on the workload scheduled. Tasks may include sitting and/or standing for long periods while focusing on detailed work. Track, record and log data for processing.
Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or GED. Manual dexterity, focus and ability to work with hands for extended periods of time. Ability to operate basic tools such as scales, computers, printers, etc. Experience with manufacturing or tracking systems is a plus. Ability to visually inspect product for extended periods of time. Team collaboration and communication skills. Reliability and honesty.
Minimum Age Requirement: 21
Schedule: Looking for full time employees. Full time role consists of 35-40hrs/week.
