Lead Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Wanted

About This Company:

A local trucking company with a fleet that includes, dump trucks, semis & trailers.

What You'll Do:

· Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety protocols

· Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on heavy-duty vehicles

· Perform a variety of tasks daily including service calls on our equipment, tire changes & engine diagnostics

Requirements:

Able to work independently or with a helper

Complete repairs in a timely manner

Possess a strong foundation in medium/heavy-duty truck mechanics

Know how to use and care for common mechanic tools/equipment

Hold a valid driver's license, CDL a plus

Have experience repairing diesel engines

Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test

Flexible when job requires it, we do pay overtime
