Custom swimming pool builder has an opening in their scheduling department for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Scheduler. Our ideal candidate has excellent attendance, detail orientated, excellent communication skills and exceptional follow up skills. Duties include but not limited to: constant follow up with field personnel/sub contractors, moving projects along in a timely manner, scheduling inspections with respective cities (either using online system or via telephone), notifying clients of upcoming inspections, working with clients on color selections of their projects and other miscellaneous tasks.
