Bartender at NightBloom

NightBloom bar is a late night cocktail spot opening soon in the Bywater. We hope to find seasoned cocktail bartenders who like a fine beverage and also like the feel of a neighborhood hub. We will not be serving food, but will host pop ups, and will be highly focused on creating an exciting and easy-to-drink cocktail menu that will be executed by a small team.

We operate with a daily tip pool and $10 p/h base for all bartending staff. Bartenders will rotate through roles that range from being full tilt boogie bar to being the WD-40 that can barback, check ID’s and move throughout the space. We are looking for staff with availability to work 3 shifts per week and are big fans of a predictable and consistent schedule.

Our opening is scheduled for the end of March/Beginning of April and we hope to have a team assembled by the beginning of the month to host a brief training. Opening date TBD.
