RTJ Ross Bridge - Golf Course Maintenance

Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Ross Bridge Golf Resort is hiring full-time and part-time positions of Equipment Operator and Grounds Crew.

This position is an integral part of the maintenance team, and some golf course maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Equipment Operator and Grounds Crew will assist the superintendents in the care and maintenance of the turf and landscaped areas of the golf course.

We offer a COMPETITIVE PAY RANGE starting at $15.00-$20.00 per hour. We have a very team-oriented atmosphere and a great work environment.

This is OUTSIDE, MANUAL labor. We work in all weather conditions, and employees are REQUIRED TO HAVE SOME WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. Duties include but are not limited to operation of riding mowers, bunker maintenance, weed eating, edging cart paths and curbs, use of backpack blowers, and other duties assigned.

Typical Full Time Schedule: (subject to change based on business conditions):

Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 2:30PM

Friday 5:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Typical Part Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

WEEKENDS (possibility of longer hours in summer months):

Saturday 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Sunday 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
