Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability ManagerIn this role, you will:

Manage and develop a team of specialists and coordinators tasked with activities in support of the business' risk mitigation activities

Manage a Quality Assurance group or diverse and complex department focused on designing and defining quality programs and requirements for the business

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control opportunities

Provide direction through managers, ensuring quality standards are maintained and ensuring enactment of approaches to correct problems

Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of team to meet business objectives; interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity and risk within scope of responsibilities

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for team

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of leadership experience

Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration

Desired Qualifications:

FINRA Series 9 and 10 (or 24) examinations,

Brokerage or Wealth Management experience

Quality Assurance or Audit experience

Experience with Analytics or performance management

Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues

Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needsAbility to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Ability to maintain professional etiquette under pressure

Ability to leverage skills in communication, relationship management, influence, and negotiation to effectively engage partners and internal/external stakeholders of all levels

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations:

Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position.

FINRA Series 9 and 10 (or 24) examinations, or equivalent must be completed within a 90 day time period following commencement of employment, depending upon the number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated at time of offer acceptance. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory. In addition to state registration and licensing requirements, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA licensing review process at the time of offer acceptance. For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite is required

Ability to work hybrid schedule -1 week in the office, 1 week remote
