Maintenance Technician

Georgetown Property Management is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain close to 200 properties, consisting of an apartments, duplexes, single family homes and mobile homes.

Must be fast paced and able to work independently. Must be a self starter and have knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and general carpentry. Must have reliable transportation, and a clean back ground. Pay is commensurate with experience.
