Sign Designer/Maker

We are seeking a skilled and creative Sign Designer/Maker to join our team. As a Sign Designer you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality signs for various purposes. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your artistic skills and contribute to our clients' branding and marketing efforts.

Duties & Requirements:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their signage needs and requirements

- Design and create custom signs using a variety of materials and techniques

- Utilize Adobe Illustrator design software to develop visually appealing sign concepts

- Ensure that all signs are produced accurately and meet quality standards

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in sign making techniques

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a designer in sign industry or similar role

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Familiarity with market trends in signage design and production, substrates and vinyl me

- Knowledge of RIP software ( Onyx preferred)

- Ability to operate large format printer (HP 700 Latex), plotter (GRAPHTEC 9000) using Cutmaster 4 or 5

-Ability to laminate large format prints

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Additional skills that are a PLUS:

-Vinyl application / installation windows and walls using variety of media

- vehicle wrap experience
