Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

We are a private practice in Southwest Summerlin (occasional Thursday or Friday in Henderson). We are a close-knit family oriented practice that cares for each other like family. We see PPO and cash patients with primarily and adult patient base.

We are looking for someone to join the family who is seeking long-term retention. We are sad to say goodbye to our current coordinator who is relocating but look forward to a bright future with a new team member.

Responsibilities Include:

Treatment Plan Entry Via DENTRIX

Treatment plan and financials presentation

Maintaining effective and productive scheduling

Some insurance-based treatment planning

Check-in/Check Out

Day Sheets and Patient Payment Organization

Preparing patient financials including financial options in effective scheduling.
