Harvest Floor Operator in Slaughter House

Title: Harvest Floor – General Operator

Full Time

Pay based on experience

Harvest Floor General Operator will process the harvesting of beef, pork, sheep, and goat to meet site compliance standards and targets.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare equipment and harvest area before animal drop off.

Assist in unloading and properly tagging animal at drop off.

Adhere to safety procedures and policies

Maintain and clean all equipment

Prepare carcasses for cutting by cleaning

Cut carcasses for further processing

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Any other duties as assigned

Experience: REQUIRED

Must have experience on Harvest Floor and valid Driver's License.
